Louis Poulsen Lighting A/S
Challenge: In Louis Poulsen Lighting we were launching our website for the US market.
We wanted a pre-launch independant evaluation of the navigation, information architecture and content. The objective was to assure the target groups optimal use of the website, and thereby optimize our investment in our online communication and business platform.
Research project: Black Box Global Research conducted an analysis of the websites usability. The results was implemented through a workshop with the internal project group and the design team from our design agency.
Insights: The analysis clearly identified barriers in the interface, and on the following workshop we decided the best thinkable solutions.
Value add: The output of Black Box Global's work highly exceeded the costs of the research project.
